“Hi! My Name is Craig Cooper,
I’m a designer & front-end developer.”
Technically it’s a company I started in April of 2014. I own and operate it as its sole proprietor, with some help from my wife and colleagues.
As I’m sure you are wondering, what exactly is a virtual crasis? It’s an analogy of sorts, but it can also be taken literally. The definition of virtual is “not physically existing as such but made by software to appear to do so”, and the definition of crasis is “/ˈkreɪsɪs/; from the Greek κρᾶσις, "mixing", "blending"”. So essentially it means a mixture ( or solution, as I like to call it) that is created by software to appear to physically exist.
So you can literally say a website is a virtual crasis. It’s not just code, images and text, it’s all of them together in a mixture that is balanced and intentionally created to appear and perform in a way that is pleasing and helpful to the user and client.
“I like working for people who like what they do, just like me!”
